FMS Management Information Systems (FMS-MIS) supports the vision and mission of Capital Construction Development and Facilities Management Services by providing information and database management services related to the efficient operation and maintenance of USC’s facilities and equipment. Specifically, the FMS-MIS group provides application development and support, user education and training, accounting data, and business information management consultancy support for FMS & CCD administrators, supervisors, support staff, work crews and the campus community at large.
The FMS-MIS group supports the following systems and information technologies:
FAMIS Xi – Enterprise Facilities Management Software
Using Oracle 11g Modules include:
FAMIS Online– On-Line Service Request Entry System
The FMS-MIS group also manages interfaces with other systems including AIS’s General Ledger, Purchasing, Payroll, and Space Management, Eaton, ISES, AutoCAD, and Meridian.
Kronos Time Management
Recommended for employees and most supervisor functions
