Capital Construction Development oversees the development, design and construction for all tenant improvements, building renovations and major capital construction projects at the University of Southern California. Reporting to Christopher Toomey, Interim Vice President and Executive Director, Capital Construction & Facilities Management Services and Director of the Strategic Programs Office, a team of project management staff with backgrounds in architecture, engineering and construction, manage projects from concept through design, permitting, construction, and occupancy.
